The Blacklist is NOT intended to be a section where you can write reviews or give your opinions about character flaws of a provider you weren't completely satisfied with. The Blacklist is NOT meant to slander or belittle legitimate providers.
Please keep these things in mind if you plan on adding anyone:
1) Have some type of first hand knowledge. Be it physical or through phone conversation, email, etc.
2) Give as much information as possible about the provider or scam(websites, emails, phone numbers, aliases, appearance, MO, etc.)
3) If you're "not completely sure" as to the allegations then it's probably not a good idea to go forward with putting them on the list.
4) DO NOT use actual real names.
Should it be proven that someone has been falsely accused or misrepresented then they will be promptly removed from the Blacklist.
